Once placing your order with Kia Cosmetics you will receive a confirmation mail. After the confirmation mail has been delivered to the given email address, any changes to the address provided will unfortunately not be changed. Kia Cosmetics will also not be held accountable for any incorrect information provided.

The processing time for your order is between 2-3 business days. Standard shipping within the United Kingdom 2-3 working days including Saturdays. However shipping times may vary due to Covid 19. We apologise for any inconveniences that may have been caused. 

RETURNS

Kia Cosmetics do not accept returns, but do offer refunds if the items within the order are incorrect.
